Thrill The Villages Performance Request Information
Thank you for requesting Thrill The Villages (TTV) to perform at your Halloween event.
Below are the guidelines we use to ensure a smooth and spooktacular performance for your group:
Performance Space Requirements
- A flat, non-carpeted surface is required, such as a recreation center stage, a hard floor, or a space the size of a two-car driveway.
- Our zombies need adequate room to safely and fully perform Thriller.
Sound & Entertainment Options
Option 1 (preferred): TTV as Additional Entertainment
- If you are having a band or DJ for your event we ask that they provide the sound system.
- We will email you the music track and performance details one week prior to the event.
- Please forward our music to your entertainment provider in advance.
Option 2: TTV as Main Entertainment (in certain situations) - We will provide and operate our own sound system.
Event Timing
- Thrill The Villages performs between the hours of 4pm and 9pm.
- If your venue is outdoors, please schedule our performance before sunset.
- Optimal time: between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
Audience Size - We kindly request a minimum audience of 75 people to ensure a full performance experience.
Scheduling & Fees
To secure your preferred date/time for a private event:
- $100 – to secure a specific date only
- $200 – to secure a specific date and time
- If no fee is paid, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified of availability within one week of your request.
- All performance requests must be submitted by September 5.
- The final performance schedule will be confirmed by September 30.
Communication
Once your Performance Request Form is received, we will follow up with any questions, confirm date availability, and provide payment instructions. A confirmation email will be sent within a few days of receiving payment (unless otherwise discussed).
