Thank you for requesting “Thrill The Villages" (TTV) to perform at your Halloween event. Below are the guidelines we use to ensure a successful performance for your group.
* It is important that we have a flat, non-carpeted, dance area of at least the size of a 2-car driveway or rec center stage. We can also perform on a rec center floor if there is enough space. This will ensure our zombies have the room needed to thrill your audience.
* Thrill The Villages can serve as your event's main entertainment, in which case we will provide our own sound system.
Alternatively, Thrill The Villages can provide additional entertainment alongside your main attraction. In this instance, one week prior to your event we will email you the specific music track to pass along to your main entertainment who will use their sound system to play our music. We will also have other important details in that email.
* If your venue is outdoors, please schedule your TTV performance time before sunset; an optimal time would be between 5:30 and 6:30 pm.
*We request an audience of 75 or more people minimum.
* All requests must be submitted by September 5. Our schedule will be completed by September 30, and you will be notified if your performance is confirmed or if you have been put on a wait list. If you wish to secure a certain date for a performance, the fee is $100. If you wish to secure the date with a specific time the fee is $200. This will be on a first come basis. These fees also apply to an exclusively private venue in which the zombies are not invited to stay for events, main entertainment and refreshments. You will get a confirmation email within a few days of receiving payment (unless otherwise discussed.)
* If you choose not to secure a date and/or time you will be on a waitlist and notified within one week of your performance request date. Our zombies enjoy participating in the events (entertainment / refreshments) for which they perform. Please be sure to note on your Performance Request Form if they are invited to stay and if they can also bring their spouse to enjoy the festivities. (If you are having an exclusively private event and the zombies are not invited to stay for the entertainment, please see the previous paragraph for specific fees.)
